New York State celebrated a controversial anniversary this weekend with the second anniversary of the state's smoking ban.

Two years later, bar owners know the ban is here to stay. Most have adjusted some in more creative ways than others...

Silk O'Loughlin's is part of the 70 per cent of Monroe County bars that says the ban hasn't affected business at all...

Part of the reason is that his bar has a designated outdoor area to light up...

Rodney's place downtown doesn't have a place outside for smokers, which means he'll have to continue to come up with creative strategies… something he doesn't mind doing.
