SB500 - (workplaces, restaurants, and bars) - Smoke Free Illinois Act - Signed by Governor
This bill prohibits smoking in all enclosed public places, places of employment, and governmental vehicles, and within 15 feet of any entrance to a public place or place of employment. Restaurants, bars and gaming facilities are all included. Smoking is also prohibited in student dormitories of any public or private university.
