This bill prohibits smoking in all enclosed workplaces and public places, including restaurants and bars, and within 50 feet of entrances to such buildings.

EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in private residences, unless used as a child care facility, child care home, or a health care provider location; 20% contiguous hotel/motel rooms; retail tobacco stores; private and semi-private rooms in long term care facilities; private clubs with no employees when not open for public functions; outdoor places of employment, limousines for hire; and enclosed indoor workplace if the smoking is an integral part of a smoking cessation program or a medical or scientific research program.
