This bill prohibits smoking in enclosed workplaces and public places, including restaurants and bars, and would repeal preemption.The bill was amended by the House to exempt cigar bars, casinos, and has provisions for collective bargaining agreements. The bill was later amended by the Senate, which removed the previous exemptions for cigar bars, casinos and collective bargaining agreements. HB6451 was introduced, which would create a number of exemptions to this bill, HB4163.
