HB273 - (amends exemption language) - An Act to amend the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act - Signed by Governor

This bill makes some changes to the newer portions of the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act. Taverns and Class B and D private clubs that changed ownership after May 15, 2006 are now exempted until 2009 in addition to those such establishments already in existence before that date. Also, to remain exempt until 2009, Class B private clubs must prohibit entry to people under age 21 unless they are active members of the military.
