This bill would amend the Illinois Clean Indoor Air Act to weaken the newly enacted law. The bill changes several definitions and exempts side-buildings of bars that can allow smoking, private clubs, and allows a smoking area in any restaurant, bar, or tavern up until July 1, 2008.
