Judge explains wellness steps

CEDAR RAPIDS — As a nursing student years ago, Patty Judge took up smoking. In her current role, Lt. Gov. Judge wants to help Iowans quit smoking and take other steps to healthier living. "We can do better," Judge said at a news conference this morning to announce "5 Steps Toward a Healthier Iowa."
