Kaine coming to Beach to discuss banning smoking in restaurants

Gov. Timothy M. Kaine is scheduled to be at Hot Tuna Bar and Grill Monday to announce proposed legislation to ban smoking in restaurants.

Kaine favors the ban and will discuss the legislation at 10:30 a.m. at the restaurant, located at 2817 Shore Drive.
