This bill prohibits smoking in all enclosed workplaces and public places, including restaurants. Bars, tobacco bars, membership clubs, bowling allies, and various gaming facilities are all exempt.

EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in private residences, family-owned and operated workplaces not open to the public, 20% of hotel/motel rooms, retail tobacco stores, private or semi-private rooms of health care facilities, non-public work vehicles occupied only by the smoker, bars with 10% of revenue from tobacco products, bars, membership clubs, bowling allies, and gaming facilities including pari-mutual horse racing facilities, satellite facilities, river boats, and slot machine facilities.
