A1037 - (outdoor smoking areas) - An Act concerning designated outdoor smoking areas - Carried over to 2009

This bill amends the NJ Smokefree Air Act to require that any indoor public place or workplace that designates an outdoor area where smoking is permitted shall ensure that no combustible building or landscaping materials are present within a 10-foot radius outside the perimeter of the designated area.
