This bill prohibits smoking in public places and workplaces, including restaurants, bars, private clubs, gaming facilities, and within 15’ of entrances to buildings required to be smokefree.

EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in private residences except when used as a child/adult/health care facility or any other home-based business open to the public, retail tobacco stores; private and semi-private rooms in nursing homes and long-term care facilities; 25% of hotel/motel rooms.
