This bill prohibits smoking in workplaces, and allows smoking in "age restricted venues," which are defined as establishments that restricts access at all times to people over the age of 21, which could include restaurants.

EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in “age-restricted venues”; 25% of hotel/motel rooms; tobacco manufacturing/distributing/etc facilities; non-enclosed areas of public places including facilities with removable walls; Nursing homes and long-term care facilities; Private businesses with three or fewer employees that are not open to the public; private clubs; private residences except when used as child care facilities; retail tobacco stores; Commercial vehicles when the vehicle is occupied 195 solely by the operator; and government buildings addressed elsewhere.
