HB316 - (cigar bar exemption) - A bill to allow smoking in cigar bars and in outdoor seating areas of restaurants

This bill amends the state smokefree law to create exemptions to smoking in cigar bars and in outdoor seating areas of restaurants that are at least 20 feet away from doors/windows of the restaurant. The bill also removes the exemption for outdoor patios.
