This bill creates an exemption to allow smoking in private clubs, bingo halls, country clubs, and restaurants and bars that have alcoholic beverage sales that are at least 50% of total gross sales and do not permit people under age 18. Enclosed ventilated smoking rooms are also allowed in these establishments regardless of age restrictions. The bill also changes the definition of "cigarette" and "roll your own" and changes signage requirements.
