Great news!
The Michigan Senate voted 25-12 to prohibit smoking in all workplaces, including bars and restaurants. The bill makes no special exceptions and protects ALL WORKERS!

What's Next?
The bill approved by the Senate, House Bill 4163 will now go back to the House for their vote. The Governor said she will sign the bill if it reaches her desk, so now we need YOUR HELP to make sure the House passes the strong bill without adding loopholes or exemptions.
