The Senate versions have passed the full Senate and will be considered in the same subcommittee in the House of Delegates sometime within the next two weeks.

Now is the time to tell your Delegate that you want a smokefree Virginia, and that the Senate bills deserve a fair hearing before an impartial committee! The General Laws Committee and members of the House still have another chance to do the right thing and support smoke free legislation.
