This bill amends the current state law to make all restaurants and bars 100% smokefree. The bill does not amend the law to close loopholes allowing smoking in many non-hospitality workplaces, including hospitals and schools. Additionally, it only allows a $25 civil fine for violating the smokefree restaurant and bar provision.
