This bill requires rental housing agreements to include a disclosure of the smoking policy for the premises, including whether and where smoking is allowed, if at all. The amendment exempts rental agreements from the disclosure requirement where the owner of manufactured dwellings or floating homes secure right to locate the dwellings or homes on real property of another.
