This bill amends the current state law to remove exemptions for: smoking rooms in government buildings, restaurants, and other workplaces; bars and cigar bars; bingo; retail tobacco stores; owner operated or family businesses; non-public businesses operated only by smokers; private offices; and private clubs.

EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in workplaces in private homes except for day care during the hours of operation; medical research or treatment facilities; and outdoor dining areas of restaurants.
