This bill prohibits smoking in enclosed workplaces and public places, including restaurants and bars, and would repeal preemption. The bill allows smoking to remain in businesses that have existing collective bargaining agreements until such agreements expire. The bill also requires that the bill not go into effect unless the state negotiates an agreement with Indian tribes for the tribal gaming facilities to go smokefree.
