HB5637 - (smoking areas) - A bill to amend public health code - Session Adjourned

This bill further institutionalizes smoking in restaurants and bars. Establishments with fewer than 50 seats and private clubs can designate 75% of seating for smokers. Establishments with more than 50 seats and ones owned by private clubs can designate 50% of seating for smokers. People under age 18 cannot sit in smoking areas.
