Smokefree advocates in Wyoming are reclaiming their right to breathe smokefree air in a state previously referred to as "Marlboro County." Cheyenne--Wyoming's capital city, Laramie, Evanston and Rock Springs all have 100% smokefree laws in effect that protect workers and the public from secondhand smoke exposure..
