Thanks to all of your calls and emails, the South Dakota House passed the smokefree bill AND we were able to get the exemption for Deadwood gaming removed! Now, under this bill Deadwood employees, customers and visitors will be able to breathe clean air along with the rest of South Dakota.

Today, this smokefree bill will be heard in the Senate Health and Human Services committee and we anticipate the bill will likely move to the full Senate tomorrow.
