Governor Mitch Daniels says he'll sign a statewide smoking ban if...IF lawmakers see to it that indoor smoking is curtailed. Daniels said there's a momentum a foot to ban indoor smoking.

Gary Representative Charlie Brown said unlike in the past, he'll propose a smoking ban. Period. He says no exemptions. No smoking indoors in Indiana. Governor said a statewide smoking ban can happen and not cost a lot.
