HB2726 - (smoke shop registry) - An Act relating to the Oregon Indoor Clean Air Act - Signed by Governor

This bill amends the definition of “smoke shop” to require that they seat no more than four people, not sell or offer food or beverages (previously prohibited alcohol), allow smoking only for sampling tobacco products, and several other requirements. The bill also requires the Oregon Health Authority establish a registration system for smoke shops. The bill permits some smoke shops that meet certain conditions to operate in attached buildings, like shopping malls.
