This bill amends the smokefree air act to exempt bars to which only individuals 21 years and older are invited and allowed. The bill also redefines “bar” as an establishment in which at least 60% of gross revenue of the establishment is derived from the sales of such alcohol. The bill also eliminates the provision prohibiting smoking in the outdoor seating areas of restaurants.
