This bill requires condominium associations to adopt rules or bylaws prohibit smoking in private and common use areas of multifamily buildings, as well as on private use and common use outdoor areas, and within 20 feet of entrances. The requirements do not apply if the condominium association’s bylaws prohibit it from doing so.
