North Dakota residents: Vote YES on Measure 4, for health!

North Dakota residents,

Do you support smokefree air for all North Dakotans? 

A YES vote on Measure 4 would make all indoor workplaces smokefree in North Dakota. Even if you live in a city that already has a smokefree local law, please vote YES to expand those protections across the state!

Secondhand smoke is dangerous and no one should have to endure secondhand smoke in their workplace. Now is the time to enact a comprehensive smokefree air law and protect all workers in this great state.

Over 30 organizations like Americans for Nonsmokers’ Rights, North Dakota Medical Association, American Lung Association, and American Heart Association, support Measure 4.  This is one of the most important things you will vote on this year.  Please join us in voting YES on Measure 4! Because EVERYONE deserves the right to breathe safe smokefree air.
