SB463 - (cigar bar exemption) - An Act to amend the Indiana Code concerning trade regulation - Signed by Governor

This bill creates an exemption in the state smokefree law to allow cigar smoking in cigar bars, defined as places that prohibit entry to people under age 21, generates at least 10% of income from sale of cigars and humidor rental, and prohibits cigarette smoking. The bill also removes the requirement that members of a club or fraternal club must vote to allow smoking on the premises. The bill also requires retailer to obtain a certificate to sell e-cigarettes and adopts regulations for liquid nicotine packaging.
