This bill states that any entity that has regulated smoking on private property, including business property open to the public, shall be deemed to have prohibited smoking of marijuana as defined in Chapter 94 of the general laws, including medical marijuana, unless such person or entity affirmatively permits smoking of medical marijuana on their properties.
