This bill amends the current anti-preemption clause in state law to specify the municipalities can adopt ordinances to regulate the sale or distribution of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or tobacco products to, and possession, purchase, consumption, or receipt of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or tobacco products by, people under age 21.
