This bill amends the state medical marijuana law to prohibit smoking medical marijuana in places where tobacco smoking is prohibited, in the presence of people under age 14, in vehicles, in the presence of pregnant people, and in a location where non-users could be exposed. The original bill would have prohibited smoking marijuana in any location in Arkansas.
