HB1389—(expand definition of smoking)—An Act relating to public health and safety—Amended and Passed Public Safety Committee

This bill amends the definition of smoking to include lighted marijuana or the use of an electronic cigarette. These products may not be used where smoking is prohibited, which is limited to the select workplaces and public places covered under Oklahoma’s weak smokefree law.
