LB149—(e-cigarette use)—An Act relating to vapor products
This bill amends the Nebraska Clean Indoor Air Act to define smoking to include the use of a vapor product, and prohibits the use of these products where smoking is prohibited. The bill also more broadly addresses vapor products, including increasing the age of sale to 21 and unfortunately penalizing youth possession.
