This bill amends the Dee Johnson Clean Indoor Air Act to prohibit the use of e-cigarettes in places required to be smokefree, and removes exemptions that allow smoking in businesses with fewer than 2 employees and at private functions at restaurants and bars. Smoking is still permitted in venues including retail tobacco stores, cigar bars, tobacco manufacturing facilities, state-licensed gaming venues, private clubs, 10% of hotel/motel rooms, and theatrical productions.
