This bill amends the state’s medical marijuana law to allow for the smoking of medical marijuana, and to prohibit smoking it in enclosed workplaces. The bill also clarifies that the law permitting the use of low-THC marijuana on public transportation, in public places, and in other stated venues does not include the smoking of low-THC cannabis.
