Comprehensive smokefree workplace law that covers all enclosed public places and workplaces including government buildings, offices, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, retail stores, hotels/motels, universities/colleges, and state owned/operated vehicles.

EXEMPTIONS: Private residences including private residential rooms of assisted living facilities, membership associations, hotel/motel/inn rooms designated as smoking rooms, retail tobacco stores, smoking bars, performers on stage, religious ceremonies when smoking is part of the ritual; and nursing homes/state hospitals/substance abuse treatment center, may apply to designate part of the facility as a residence.
