S7191-An Act to amend the public health law, in relation to permitting smoking in tobacco cafes.

This bill amends the state Clean Indoor Air Act to allow smoking in tobacco cafés. A tobacco café is defined as “an establishment in which the primary activities are the sale and consumption of tobacco products or herbal cigarettes on the premises, which is open to the public, where no alcoholic beverages are sold or consumed and the service and consumption of food is incidental to the sale and consumption of tobacco.”
