EXEMPTIONS: Bars and enclosed bar areas in restaurants, hotels, and bowling centers. Also, private residences except when used as a childcare facility, hotel/motel rooms, retail tobacco stores, outdoor areas of employment, non-public areas of owner-operated businesses, facilities when used for private functions that exclude children and the general public, separately enclosed areas of truck stops, traditional American Indian ceremonies, and patients in state hospitals/nursing facilities with approval from their doctor/board.
