This bill makes revisions to strengthen the enforcement of the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act, including requiring that a owner/manager of an workplace request a person who is smoking to stop smoking or leave the premises, authorizing a law enforcement officer to issue a citation to a person who violates the Act. Amended to remove requirement that stand-alone bars must certify compliance every third year as of July 1, 2007.
