This bill prohibits smoking in enclosed indoor workplaces and enclosed indoor public places, including restaurants and public transportation.

EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in private residences except when used as child care facilities, retail tobacco stores, stand alone bars, state-licensed gaming facilities (including casinos and bingo parlors), smoking cessation programs, designated outdoor smoking areas, private clubs, limousines under private hire, and 25% of hotel/motel rooms.
