SB1271 (outdoors)-An Act Prohibiting The Smoking Of Tobacco Products In Certain Areas-Died

This bill amends the current Smokefree Workplace Law to prohibit smoking within certain outdoor “smokefree zones,” which includes parks, children’s playgrounds, concession areas, athletic fields, grandstands, recreation areas, and similar areas within the jurisdiction of the metropolitan district commission or within a state park, reservation, campground, beach or recreation area.
