HB2717 (membership association)-An Act relating to further defining establishments subject to the law prohibiting smoking in public places-Died

This bill strengthens the definition of “membership association” to include the requirement that an entity require full memberships costs, benefits and responsibilities for at least 90 days. An entity cannot be a membership association if non-members use its facilities.
