LD 1926-(private clubs)- An Act To Clarify the Workplace Smoking Laws-Died

This bill amends the state law to repeal the sections that allow members of a private club to vote to allow smoking in that club. This bill also clarifies that an employer may not discriminate against a person, including refusing to hire that person, because that person assisted in the supervision or enforcement of the law.
