This bill prohibits smoking in a vehicle while a minor who is less than 13 years of age is in the vehicle. The bill was amended to add the provisions of HB1745, to prohibit smoking in all means of mass public transportation, including enclosed terminals or waiting areas and within 100 feet of an entrance such terminals and waiting areas.
