This bill amends the current state smokefree workplace law to make all other enclosed public places and places of employment smokefree, including restaurants, bars, bingo facilities and truck stops.

EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in private residences, except when operating as a child care facility; hotel/motel rooms; retail tobacco stores; outdoor places of employment (except sports arenas); Native American spiritual or cultural ceremonies; non-public areas of owner-operated businesses, provided that smoke from these places does not infiltrate into areas where smoking is prohibited.
