Before the winter is over, legislation regarding a statewide smoking ban in Minnesota likely is going to be passed.

"Something is going to pass," Rep. Marty Seifert said. "The question is will it include restaurants only, will it include bars, will it include VFWs and Legions or will they be excluded."

It's also a question of government governing businesses rather than businesses being able to govern themselves," he said.
