S1646 - (tobacco café exemption) - An Act in relation to permitting smoking in tobacco cafes - Session Adjourned

This bill amends the current state law to allow smoking at tobacco cafes. Tobacco cafes are defined as Establishments in which the primary activities are the sale and consumption of tobacco products or herbal cigarettes on the premises, which is open to the public, where no alcoholic beverages are sold or consumed and the service and consumption of food is incidental to the sale and consumption of tobacco.
