EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in restaurants and bars that prohibit anyone under age 21 at all times; hotel/motel rooms; all manufacturers, importers, or wholesalers of tobacco products; non-enclosed areas of public places; nursing homes and long term care facilities; private workplaces with three or fewer employees; private clubs; private residences/vehicles except when used as child/adult/health care facilities; retail tobacco stores; and commercial vehicles.
