Will Nebraska go smoke free?

The battle to ban smoking statewide continued in the legislature Monday.

Some state senators say they're one step closer to passing the ban. But they say it's going to take some compromising...

Some opponents of the ban say if a compromise isn't reached, they'll filibuster the bill.

It takes 33 votes to break a filibuster, and Mines doesn't believe supporters have the votes.

The bill will be back on the floor Tuesday for debate.
